1) Type of Volunteer Service Needed
     (e.g what will they be doing)

2) Volunteer Work Location
     (e.g. site name and location)

3) Time Volunteer Service is Needed
     (e.g. Mondays 3-4 p.m.)

4) Point of Contact for Volunteers
     (e.g email or phone)

5) Volunteer's Minimum Age Required
     (e.g. Must be 18 y/o)
